Entrants must be an eligible APOD member, by holding a current APOD membership, or by registering for an APOD membership.
All DVA Veteran Card Holders, current and former serving Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel, spouses and immediate family members are eligible for an APOD membership. You will be required to login to your APOD account before entering the giveaway.
Entrants are given the opportunity to collect extra entries by completing different tasks such as visiting APOD on Facebook or sharing the competition with friends and family. These are not compulsory; you may choose to complete as many or as little additional entries as you wish.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 2 Dec, 2021 at 11:00AM ACDT and ends on 14 Dec, 2021 at 11:59PM ACDT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
All winners will be announced at 5:00PM ACDT on 15 Dec, 2021 and will be published on https://apod.com.au/XmasGiveaway until 10 Jan, 2022.
Winners will be randomly drawn via the Gleam electronic system, APOD will contact all winners via email to verify identity and arrange delivery via our business partners.
The competition is open in Australia only and is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of APOD and their immediate family members (spouse, parents and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the giveaway, the contestant (“You”) agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the giveaway.
The Winners will be notified within 7 days of the winners selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.
Receipt of the prize offered in this giveaway by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion will result in the Winner’s disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
