APOD is operated by Everyday Savers Pty Ltd, trading as APOD. Everyday Savers Pty Ltd is a for-purpose organisation focused on supporting the financial wellbeing of Defence and First Responder communities.
In these Terms & Conditions, “APOD”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Everyday Savers Pty Ltd and its related entities, but exclude APOD Community Ltd.
APOD supports current and former members of the Australian Defence Force and their families, and First Responders, including police, fire, emergency services and ambulance personnel, and their spouses or partners, by improving financial wellbeing through everyday savings, meaningful offers and community support.
APOD Community Ltd is a separate registered charity that delivers programs and initiatives supporting Defence and First Responder communities and may receive donations to support these activities.
APOD Community Ltd operates independently of Everyday Savers Pty Ltd. Where services or programs are provided by APOD Community Ltd, additional terms may apply.
Everyday Savers Pty Ltd is responsible for the operation of APOD under these Terms.
By accessing or using APOD, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Membership is available to eligible individuals, including:

APOD offers both free and paid membership options to eligible members. Paid memberships (subscriptions) support the ongoing operation of APOD, enabling us to maintain the platform, deliver member benefits, and continue supporting the communities we serve.
Community Members receive access to selected APOD features, content, and offers at no cost. Access to specific benefits may vary and is determined by APOD from time to time.
Prices may change from time to time but will not affect your current billing period.
APOD may, at its discretion, offer organisational membership arrangements for employers, agencies or other organisations.
Under these arrangements:

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by law.

APOD provides access to offers and discounts from third-party partners.
APOD does not make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability, accuracy or availability of products or services offered by third-party partners, to the extent permitted by law, and does not endorse those products or services. Any issues relating to those products or services should be directed to the relevant third-party provider.
Once a purchase has been processed and submitted to a third-party provider for fulfilment, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except where required by law.
If a product is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, your rights under Australian Consumer Law may apply.
APOD acts as an intermediary between members and third-party providers and is not responsible for delays, refusals, or failures by those providers, to the extent permitted by law.
Where a refund is requested after a purchase has been processed, any refund is subject to approval of the relevant third-party provider.
APOD may receive commissions, fees or other benefits from third-party partners in connection with offers or transactions made through the platform. These arrangements help support the operation of APOD and do not affect the price you pay unless otherwise stated.
Additional terms apply to the purchase of gift cards and digital products, which are available on our website or app.
APOD may provide access to employment or volunteering opportunities. APOD is not responsible for the recruitment, selection or management of these opportunities, which are offered by third parties.
APOD may run competitions, promotions or giveaways from time to time.
Each competition or promotion may be subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, entry requirements and prize details.
By entering any competition or promotion, you agree to comply with the applicable terms for that activity.
APOD will conduct competitions and promotions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

APOD may provide opportunities for members to make donations or contributions to APOD Community Ltd (registered charity).
APOD Community Ltd is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR).
Donations of $2 or more to APOD Community Ltd may be tax deductible in Australia, subject to the requirements of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
All donations are made to APOD Community Ltd and are separate from any APOD membership fees, purchases or transactions.
APOD subscription payments are not donations and are not tax deductible.
Where applicable, APOD Community Ltd will provide a receipt for eligible donations.
Donors are responsible for obtaining their own independent tax advice in relation to any deduction.
Additional terms may apply to specific fundraising campaigns, programs or initiatives conducted by APOD Community Ltd.
Your use of APOD is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of APOD constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and APOD and supersede any prior discussions, representations or agreements.
