APOD was honoured to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the Australian Defence Force in recognition of its support during Operation Bushfire Assist.
Presented at a recent Employer Support Event, the acknowledgement highlights the contribution of APOD staff who assisted in supporting the national response effort during one of Australia’s most challenging bushfire seasons.
The certificate was presented by Brigadier Damian Cantwell, Joint Task Force Commander for Operation Bushfire Assist, who thanked those involved for their commitment and support.
Operation Bushfire Assist saw Defence personnel deployed across the country to provide critical assistance to communities impacted by widespread bushfires. APOD was proud to play a small part in supporting this effort, standing alongside those who serve during times of national need.
