The F.U.N. Formula™ with Annie Harvey- hosted by APOD Community

A one-hour reset for calm, connection and confidence. We joined Annie Harvey for a practical, uplifting workshop designed especially for partners, spouses and families within the military and first responder community.

Thursday 21 May 2026 was a valuable reminder that wellbeing support does not need to be complicated to make a meaningful impact. Through APOD Community, we were proud to host The F.U.N Formula™ with Annie Harvey – a practical 60-minute reset created for defence, veteran and first responder families.

The session focused on simple, everyday strategies to help people pause, reconnect and build healthier habits around stress, mindset and resilience. In communities where people are often used to carrying pressure quietly and constantly supporting others, creating space for personal wellbeing and family connection is incredibly important.

Annie Harvey brought warmth, humour and practical insight to the conversation, encouraging attendees to rethink how small, consistent resets can positively influence confidence, communication and overall wellbeing. The session also reinforced that wellbeing is not about perfection – it is about building sustainable tools that fit into everyday life.

A special thank you to all the participants present online and here at the APOD Community office. We would also like to thank Veterans SA, Keswick Barracks, Edinburgh Defence Precinct, HMAS Encounter, Legacy Club of South Australia and Broken Hill, and the Diving Veterans & First Responders Program (DVFRP) for helping raise awareness and connect the session with more families across the community.

At APOD Community, we look forward to delivering more practical and meaningful initiatives that support the people and families behind those who serve. Because sometimes, the most powerful support starts with simply making space to pause.
