Founded in 2012 by Defence families, for Defence families, we have long been committed to the financial wellbeing of our community. Over the past four years alone, we’ve delivered more than $55.5 million in savings to the Defence families who are part of our network.

Whether it’s creating lasting memories for our military members, helping Defence spouses manage household finances, or assisting Defence families in securing employment, APOD plays a pivotal role in the financial and overall wellbeing of our members.

From Nov 2019 to Jun 2024, we proudly served as the official partner of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Veteran Recognition Program until the Program ended. This partnership has enabled us to grow into a thriving community, supported by our iOS and Android apps, with over 185,000 users.

To ensure our sustainability and reduce our reliance on the uncertainties of Government funding, we now must stand on our own. As part of our commitment to a sustainable future, we are transitioning to a subscription model. While some of our services will remain free, the introduction of a subscription fee is necessary to ensure that, as a purpose-driven organisation, we can continue to support you and your family for the long term.

We’ve kept our subscription prices as low as possible and have collaborated with our partners to offer exclusive deals that make your investment worthwhile.
